This will ensure that at a pre-arranged time during the project, external resources can be removed from the project and the internal resources can assume the roles and responsibilities of external resources.


The knowledge transfer process may follow a formal and informal route whilst being continuous in its nature. A train-the-trainer methodology will be followed. This means that uKuthemba IT Solutions business consultants will train the client trainers who in turn will train the end-users. This training will focus on the day to day user activities on the system when live and will not include configuration training.
